Application Instructions

Please read these instructions carefully before registering

Public Access: This system is open to all Garissa County residents. Anyone with the link can apply.
Important Requirements

  1. Eligibility: You must be a Kenyan citizen and a bona fide resident of Garissa County.
  2. National ID: Attach a copy of your National ID. If you don't have an ID, provide your Birth Certificate Entry Number.
  3. Single Application: You can only apply at one ward within the county. Multiple applications will be rejected.
  4. Required Documents:
    • Letter from your institution
    • Admission form
    • Fees structure
    • National ID or Birth Certificate
    • Death certificate (if parent is deceased)
  5. Accurate Information: Ensure all information provided is accurate. False information may lead to disqualification.
  6. Submission: Submit your completed application to the ward administrator for review.

Create your account with email and password. You'll need your ID or Birth Certificate number.

Complete Application

Fill all sections: Personal Details, Family Information, Institution Details, and Financial Information.

Submit & Track

Submit your application and track its status. You'll be notified when reviewed.
